The first part of our program is the most important. The NUTRITION BALANCING PROGRAM.
This includes a personal diet analysis of your food and eating habits. Nutritional suggestions and food prep counseling.
It very important at this point to know that this is not about judgment. It’s just information and awareness of where you are in the fueling of your body so we know how to proceed in helping you become balanced. You can’t go anywhere if you don’t know where you are!
We will work together using your preferences, habits, and living routine to balance your nutrition in a way that you will want to continue and will also enjoy.
It doesn’t matter what your goals are if you are not in alignment with the body and its systems you will not reach your goals. If you do happen to achieve them without balancing your nutrition it took a lot more work than was necessary to get there and you will not stay there without additional hard work.

EXERCISE DESIGN AND COUNSELING
Most people that work out don’t know what they are doing. They watch other people in the gym and copy them and those people don’t know what they’re doing either. While working out is better than not, get only 10 to 20% out of your workout for the time and energy that you could have gotten 80 to 100% is a bad choice.
Most people in this category are unaware that this is happening to them. They just know that their results are taking a long time or not happening at all.
The point of this service is to educate as well as provide you with the desired program. This will give you an understanding of how the body will respond to the exercise program we design. This will allow you to get a lot more out of your workouts for the time and energy spent.
There are a few different ways we can help with your exercise program.
EXERCISE DESIGN – this is where you and I work together to create a program that will suit your lifestyle, energy level, and goals.
This program will be created using your exercise preferences. The program will be designed in a way that will be the most effective and efficient way to your goals.
Exercise Design $75.00 This includes Consultation, Program Design, and full written explanation as well as personal explanation ( face to face or phone ) I will be available for question answering as well.
Private sessions to take you through the program are available at $100.00 per day.

CONSULTING AND ADJUSTMENT OF YOUR CURRENT WORKOUT PROGRAM
This option allows you and I to go over your current exercise program and make adjustments so that you will get as close to 100% effectiveness out of your workouts for the same time and energy spent.
EXERCISE CONSULTING, $50.00 Includes consultation, all changes, and explanations, available for questions as well. (If after your free consultation I find your program does not require any changes there is no charge)
FULL PRIVATE TRAINING PACKAGE
This is the most powerful option because you will receive the full benefit of all our programs.
This will give you all of the information needed to get you started on your journey of being in total control of your health and transformation. You will receive the knowledge in a way that will finally take away any doubt that you are in control.
By working in the gym together I can help you understand the unspoken knowledge and experience that comes from going through your workout routine with the correct intensity and details. You will experience an understanding from inside of your body that will be your guide in the future to always getting 100% out of your workouts no matter what you may choose to do.
This option includes an Exercise Program, Personal training of the Program to ensure a full understanding of the way the program works as well as understanding the design for future use.
With the Private Training Package, you will walk away feeling very confident that you can achieve your goals and more! You will also know that you will keep the results you gain because with this understanding you will have made a lifestyle change that is permanent by choice not by willpower.
$300.00 to $700.00 per week
Price is based on the number of days a week your program calls for and the level of training you require.
A Three-week program is best to have a full understanding of the routine and how to control your workouts from then on.
With a full three-week program the Diet Analysis is included.
